yeah, those poll results are pretty much accurate. especially metallica having the most disappointing album. i actually *bought* that album. that’s right, i shelled out money for that album (granted it was only because it was 50% off). i listened to it once, and now it sits in the little footside compartment of the passenger door in my car in the land of cd oblivion where it shall never again be noticed or played. its kinda sad how going to rehab ruins good bands.
gosh… that’s so true. except for scott weiland. can that guy please stay sober for more than two hours so he can cut a freaking album? I really really miss STP. I hear the DeLeo brothers are pretty much fed up and are planning to do a project with some other ridiculously talented person. While it would be nice to hear their raucous guitarwork, it’d be heavenly to hear Weiland’s gravelly yet melodic voice somewhere in the mix. :(
