new music discoveries for today:
\na song my friend told me about yesterday was stroke 9 – kick some ass. it’s a bouncy song (you know, like their other song “little black backpack”) with some funny lyrics, which I’ll refrain from posting here. I’ll let you discover them on your own.<\/p>\n

I’ve discovered secondspin.com, a site that specializes in selling used cds, as you can probably infer from the name. second spin has a pretty good selection, with lots of really good deals on those older cds i’ve always wanted but never got around to picking up. I’ve found cds I wanted for as low as 1.99.. and it looks like prices get about as high as 7.99 or so for an older used cd. double cds cost a few bucks more, but still make for quite a good deal. surprisingly, shipping is not expensive at all! I purchased four cds for about 24 bucks, and after tax and shipping (which was $3 for the whole thing), it came out to about $30. hey, it’s still cheaper than penny lane!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
